Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9+ have been getting rounds of leaks from different sources. And this one leak of info about new features of the upcoming phones makes me want to go to the near future and grab it up!
The information leaked by VentureBeat's Evan Blass on Twitter suggests that a traditional approach in the design of the phone will occur. According to the images, the screen won't go round the edges and bezels look bigger but the screen will have rounded corners.
Evan Blass also mentioned about animated avatars in selfie mode like animojis. The Galaxy S9 will sport a 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage and S9+ will feature a 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage as I expected.
A second 12 MP camera will be placed at the rear of the phone but it would have a standard fixed aperture. The processor which will be used is not yet revealed although chances are that it will sport Samsung's own Exynos 9810 or Snapdragon 845 on the S9 siblings.
It is also rumored that it will have "Intelligent Scan" in settings which will be a combination of iris scanner and face unlock sensor that can be used even in low light. The S9+ might get a special 512 GB inbuilt storage in select markets.
We may expect it selling through retail from March 16, 2018, although it will be launched on February 25 in MWC 2018.
