Final Fantasy XV has got praises on PlayStation 4 and a PC version will be released on March 6 for Windows.
The game will be available for $49.99 and you can pick the gaming title from Steam, Origin or Microsoft Store. The pre-order bonus would depend upon the platform from where you'll be downloading the game.
If you'll pre-purchase it from Steam (I'm sure most of the viewers must be using it), you'll be getting FFXV Fashion Collection for Noctis, the in-game character. Another thing, there are rumors that downloading the game from Microsoft Store will allow you to crossplay on Xbox One, according to wccftech.com. While this can't be approved now but we may hope for that to happen.
While the game is originally single-player, you can multiplayer online experience after getting the Comrades DLC for it. There are many other DLCs like Episode Gladiolus, Episode Prompto, Episode Ignis, Booster Pack+ and Holiday Pack+.
Many bonus items are also available:
But, the downside of buying Final Fantasy XV from Microsoft Store may just sour this deal for you right away. It is highly possible that the game downloaded from the same is going to be based on UWP (Universal Windows Platform) and snatch away the ability to use mods with the same.
If you want the ability to use mods, then you may get it from Steam but you won't be getting multiplayer functionality. So isn't this unfair? Do let me know what you think about this.
